Leaked 2018 Elders Training Video RE: Elders Reviewing Pionieers

quite frankly im disturbed at the lack of love and compassion.
especially for the first sister they talk about!.

The elders are laughable. They think that they are so important with their janitor/window cleaning jobs and now they can make the ultimate decision if some sick sister is qualified to be a pioneer. They remind me of performance reviews that I did in business for employees that worked for me. A good review would result in a $20,000 bonus at the end of the year and perhaps a $5,000 increase in salary. A pioneer isn't getting paid...they are freaken volunteers who spend their money and waste their life's to slave for the Watchtower Concentration Camp. What a joke.
I can see it now..."Sister Sickly you are no longer qualified to be a pioneer. You are only putting in 55 hours per month and Jehovah says that you need to put in 70 hours per month." "But Brothers, does that mean I can't stand by my cart for 50 or 60 hours per month?" "Sister if you aren't pioneering why would you want to do that?"
The J Dubs are so shallow minded that having the title of pioneer is all important. If the Witchtower Babel and Trick Sobriety had new light that they will no longer have the title "pioneer" and everyone will just be "publishers" how many would continue to put in 70 hours per month?

I don't think that I would go. I have a couple of dear friends that I haven't talked to for well over a year when I stopped going to the meetings cold turkey. They called me on the phone and left voicemails asking me to call back so they could encourage me and read some scriptures together. That just turned me off. These guys can't be just friends, they have to be praying or reading the Bible or pleading to come back to the meetings.
The last time I bumped into an elder while visiting a friend in the hospital, he told me that he knows that an angel directed him to be at the hospital the same time I was there so he could encourage me. When he saw me he shook my hand, gave me a hug and in two minutes his iPhone was out and he was reading the Bible to me.
I know if I went to a funeral I would be preached to. I wasted 60 years of my life being a JW.

One poster on their site made a comment about the Watchtower Company's planned 2019 international assembly, "I hope by then we will all be in Paradise." Poor deluded fool. I said the same thing 50 years ago. I am sure that the Bible Students said the same thing about 1914 over 100 years ago.

Why do ex-JW's talk so much about being ex-JW's?
by Sour Grapes inis it because we were in the cult watchtower compound that we talk about being ex-jw's when we stop being active?
i have never heard anyone say that i was an ex-catholic or an ex-lutheran or an ex-baptist.
they just stop going to their church and don't talk about it.. years after not stepping inside a kingdom hell, many of us still have to talk about being ex-jw's.

I really appreciate the comments in response to my question. Annon said, "The greater the control the greater the rebellion." And Stuck mentioned that we just can't walk away from the cult without repercussions which motivates us to contribute to this forum.
I think there are multiple reasons why ex-JW's talk about our past life's. I have not been inside a Kingdom Hell for over a year and I am now getting phone calls from elders to please call them back they want to "encourage" me. You just can't walk away they won't let you. Probably one reason is due to having a publisher card on record that is looked at several times a year. The circuit overseer will grill the elders about have you contacted Sour Grapes? Why did he stop coming to meetings and not reporting time? They have to have answers to his questions. You can run but you can't hide.

Years after not stepping inside a Kingdom Hell, many of us still have to talk about being ex-JW's. Were we so damaged that we just can't help ourselves or is it because we lost so many years of our lives that we are still pissed off about it?

Birthdays are Evil - so they said
by EverApostate inlast week i celebrated my birthday.
accepted well wishes from people near and far.
had been happily accepting wishes from people since i quit the cult.. as a jw, (brainwashed ) belief that birthdays are evil was the stupidest belief i had in all my life.. when in, i had a hard time to explain to people that i don’t celebrate birthdays.

JW's will bring gifts to a baby shower to celebrate the coming birth of a child but once the child is born then it is pagan to celebrate the anniversary of the birth.

I remember Christmas before my Mom bought the Watchtower and Awake from two Watchtower Workers. One thin dime changed my life forever. Gone were the smells of the Christmas tree, the warm lights from the Christmas tree, pretty wrapped gifts, and nice Christmas cookies. At the age of seven Mom then informed me there was no Santa Claus or Easter Bunny and that these things were all pagan. Of course, I never had another birthday party because that was also pagan. I had no idea what pagan meant.
These were replaced by going to meetings every Tuesday and Friday night, and Sunday morning, and going in service every Saturday morning, and Mom studying the orange Paradise book with me every Saturday afternoon. I had the added bonus of before I could go to school Mom had to read the daily text to me. Mom was a good Watchtower Witness. Mom being a slave to the Watchtower took away my childhood. All it took was one thin dime and now knowing the end was so close that I would not go to high school and Mom would not get old and die.
Mom died of old age 60 years later and my grandchildren have graduated from high school. The Watchtower Company have robbed millions of people from not living in the present and to live in the future in a fairy tale dream.
